Analytics Management

Process to track user activity in data room:

Step 1 : Login to the data room using email ID and password

Step 2: Enter the relevant workspace [If you want to see the analytics in Investor click the workspace Investor]

Step 3:  Select Analytics section and click Report

Reports has all the activities of admin, sub admin and external users in the data room. Admin can filter the report based on actions, members and data range. Reports can be downloaded using Export Icon.

Admin can track the current data usage of data room in Storage Usage section

Admin can track the activities of external users in Action History section

Admin can track the number of times users login into the data room in Groups & User Section. 

By clicking on the count our platform will display the data and time and IP address of the user.

Admin can track the number of times a file was viewed, downloaded in Files Activity Section

Admin can view the folder permissions to a group of users in the Folder Access section.

By clicking on the percentage our platform will display the permission to the folders.
